I am a 22 year old sailor living on Galveston Bay, Texas...looking to get into Viper racing. I am a college student and on a budget, so I cannot afford a new Viper, but a used boat is within my price range. If anyone knows where I can find a used boat, that would be great. Condition doesn't have to be perfect, I dont mind a project! If I can get ahold of a boat, I would be very interested and motivated to travel to the east coast for the major regattas (CRW, etc).
