More Demos have been done here along the GYA area recently.

July 11,12, Gulf Performance Sailing had a Viper out demo sailing at Fort Walton Yacht Club during the Meigs Regatta going into the evening.  Sunday had the Viper on display at the ramp for all to see and ask questions.

July 12 , Johnny and Lauren Ballentin, set up a demo day at Biloxi Yacht Club, Mississippi.  Craig came over to assist with the demo with Johnny B and Lauren bringing their boat to use for the demos.  A few test sails with adults and a last minute test sail with some Opti youth had all in smiles at the end of the day.

July 18,19 .  Demo racing at Mobile Yacht Club (Alabama) during MYC's Summer Regatta.  Johnny B and Don Faircloth were able to arrange enough teams to have five Vipers out on the race course.  Mobile Yacht Club did a tremendous job with the very light winds, with some times inconsistent shifts.  Kudos to the Mobile Yacht Club race committee for banging off five races over the weekend in the over 100 degree heat.  All the guest crews were a big help getting the three demo Vipers stacked and back on the trailers and even cleaned up with soap and water.  Good questions were asked and it is becoming common knowledge down here in the South in regards to the strength of the Viper Class and Rondar as the builder. Some clubs are already picking out the demo boats they want to buy!
