Austin Yacht Club, Test Drive Day

This saturday @ the Austin Yacht Club in Texas we're having a "test drive day"..  we'll have at least two vipers on the water - come out and take a ride if your interested.

I'm certain they are of top quality.  The people of Texas, other than that whole G.W thing, are good ol' boys and gals.  For the most part their standards and ethics are beyond reproach. 
Oh and we Calis have to take credit for Ronninomics.
Hope the folks of Austin love and sail the Viper.  Buy the boats and participate in this class's incredible growth.  Maybe I'll get lucky and my second boat will go to a Texan.  This in itself will make one in the republic a little bit happier.

Little write-up on the AYC test drive day.  Vipers got a LOT of love.  The highlight of my day was when i picked up three teenage girls from the dock.  One of them has been racing JY's in our junior fleet, the other two had never been on a sailboat before.  Breeze was up and down (low teens to mid 20's)..  We sail up-hill and talked about the spinnaker, what the hell right?   Turned down and kite goes up.. a few min @ 10 knots and then breeze-on.  The jr. sailor was driving, girls in front were squealing.. good times. 

I drop them off at the dock and one girl immediatly tells her father "we HAVE to get a viper dad"

Great work Ultraracer!!! Sounds like a great idea,  I have been wanting to do a test drive day as well. What deal did you have to make with the devil to make the wind cooperate?
