On behalf of Daan and I and all of the event volunteers, thank you all. I think we were too busy to appreciate if it was all well done or not. We're glad you all enjoyed yourselves!
Race it like you stole it.

Well the Aussies have just made it home (and back to work)  in the last few days. 30 hours flight/airport time.

We followed up the regatta with a trip to the Hamptons where we ate and drank too much and surfed very small waves at Montauk. (you should have been here yesterday)
Then....back up to Boston for shopping (bribes) for the wives.
Far too much money was spent on alcohol, lunch and dinner in our last week. We needed to be sailing instead.

Rod's  speech at the presentations was concise.... The question about Who's Alice is still unanswered....
He's a man of few words... in front of crowd....

All of the Australians would like to thank:

Paul, Paul, Ben, and Dan from Rondar and WhiteCap Composites for the boats -awesome.

The organizers, race committee and volunteers for a great job. Thanks Daan in particular.

All of  the viper sailors who made us welcome. What a great group. You all love sailing..... And in particular,  love sailing vipers.

Brad Boston - Great sails,  straight up

This was a fantastic beginning. There will definitely be more Aussies attending regattas in the US and hopefully we will see more international Viper sailors in Australia.

If any Viper sailors are in Australia, particularly in Western Australia, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would love to reciprocate the hospitality you have shown us by showing you the best of WA.

Thanks again...
