I am looking for a set of Viper Polars to load into the buell Race Area Analyser software - does anyone have a recent table?

This is probably considered a stupid question, but what are "Polaris"?

Hi, it is the polar diagram of boat target speeds in all wind conditions and angles - the software developers will plug that into the Race Analyser to give optimal tracks around the course. The analyser only has data for a limited number of venues at the moment

To discover optimal tracks on a given venue, we usually sail a race then calculate it was the opposite of what we did :)
