If you want the Viper640 part, that probably can be photoshopped pretty easily unless someone has a vector file:

Then, just send it to any vinyl sticker shop (i.e. sign maker) and they'll make them up for you out of whatever color you want and any size.
I suppose Rondar would have some pre-made, but not necessarily easy to have sent.
The cheap way if you have time is to print the logo to the size you want it, make a stencil, and then you can just paint it on your boat.

Rondar has Vinyl in stock in England. Some is enroute to the West Coast in two weeks.
It is pretty easy to have the logo made by any vinyl shop.
Here's the art in .eps format which the printer will want.

By the way, the way to get old vinyl stickers off is to use "xylol", some nasty stuff that comes in a can at the home depot paint department.
Soak some in a rag, wipe it generously on the stickers, and wait 5-10 min. They should just peel off if you're delicate with them. Repeat if not.
The stuff sort of softens the brittle vinyl and also soaks through to the adhesive and dissolves it. Works great for old bow numbers too.
I just peel them and use goof off. Not nasty at all.

Hehe, _IF_ you can peel them...! Xylol will take off even the most brittle, sun-baked ancient stickers in a snap. Your fingernails will thank you.

As they say, use at your own risk. For limited applications, I'm good with "use in well ventilated area (i.e. outside), avoid breathing fumes". Still kicking. But I can count on one hand the number of times I've used the stuff. If you're regularly mixing epoxy and related boat-building materials, a respirator is something you should own. It's all about exposure levels.
Anyway, use common sense is rule #1.
