I must say I do enjoy the current iteration of Sailing World, and I find it a worthwhile read. Maybe I'm biased since two of the writers sail at my club, Dave Powilson and Andy Horton. They have a lot more small boat stuff than they used to, and the class should thank them for the Viper 640 cover story a few months back!

Cheers,

jason

Author believed what he wrote and bought a Viper. Welcome Peter Beardsley to the class.

And while we're at it, the rest of the newly formed Larchmont Yacht Club fleet.  It's looking more and more promising that we'll have a regatta at LYC Memorial Day (Saturday and Sunday only) -- no entry fee, housing available first-come, first serve, late start time on Saturday (first warning = 1425 to allow everyone to drive in), and maybe if we're lucky, a clinic in the morning both days if we can convince some Viper luminaries to show us how to sail these things.
