Title: PHRF Sportboat Matrix
Post by: Jason Hyerstay on January 23, 2020, 01:41:40 PM
Several years ago, I did a bunch of research and collected data of PHRF ratings and boat counts for the Melges 24, Viper 640, VX One, Rocket 22, Melges 20, and J/70. I created a spreadsheet that lists all that data, and does some math for averages, weighted averages, and comparisons to the J/70 National Reference Rating.

I would appreciate any updates from your PHRF region for counts and ratings of these boats.

Thanks

Thanks, still just one boat? Any comments on the other BC boat counts or ratings?

Trust me. You do not want our WLIS #.   Bloody Barry Parkin! Winning every Thursday night series for one year caused a draconian adjustment.

Looks like my new PHRF BC rating will be 99 so a 9 second hit, but in all fairness they went after the Melges 24's last year with their rating going from 99 to 85!
