Nice site.  But what is the "International Class"?

I'd almost think this is a site that Rondar in some capacity had someone build since it's very sales oriented, but I don't know for sure.  There are no links whatsoever to this site either, which is confusing.  Are there going to be two class associations...?  All it says is:

Q: Is there an owner's Class Association?
A: Yes, there is a new International Viper 640 Class Association - www.viper640class.org.

and

Q: Are the class rules in place?
A: Yes, this is a strict one-design with comprehensive rules.

Curious.

Carry on!

All,

The site in question is a site commissioned by Rondar for sales in Europe.  The link on the front page of the class website was put there by a Rondar employee without the Class's approval.  I don't want to get into a long conversation about it now since we need to have that conversation with Rondar first, but there's nothing to see here in the meantime though (honestly).  That said, we are looking to do a redesign of viper640.org at some point in 2014, so stay tuned on that front - if there's news to report, we'll let everyone know.

The new website has over two dozen enhancements and improvements over this one.

If it's a site commissioned by rondar for Europe why is it piggybacked off the viper640.org address?

As a class member, I do not see anything wrong with having a link on this website to the international site. Anything to increase sales for Rondar, which is our decision to appoint as a sole class builder should be acceptable. Its time that the viper has a US class website (this one) and a international class association website. Including the builders website, all three websites should be piggybacked together.

I own viper640.net and viper640.info and I think someone else here owns viper640.com.

If there is some useful way to use those domains, maybe we should talk about it. Right now I just have mine forwarding to this site.
