Viper #33 for sale:  This is a Bennett boat, very well built, which was had the keel and carbon rig updated when that changed.  The hull was fully restored and repainted about 10 years ago when I go the boat.  Great condition and great boat.  Fresh water sailed.  Galvanized trailer.  The new upright rudder bracket comes with the boat but has not been installed.  Central California, delivery possible.  Now asking $9,500.  Message me here for my phone number.

Sorry but no, the bracket stays with the boat so the new owner can take advantage of that rule change if they choose.  This is a very solid boat.
