You've all seen the announcements (text below). Let us know in this thread if you plan to be there 11:30am Mar 4 for the inaugural Miami Scorch.

I wish there was more notice on this, I am not getting down till the morning of the 5th. Furna will be there, see if you can round up some of those star sailors as crew. He can take 108 for a spin.

Note that the start is 11.30 am at a government mark that will be designated by Kay at the skippers meeting at 11.00 am at Coral Reef Yacht Club Tiki bar. Your boat should be launched and ready to sail at this time.

The NOR specifies a bloody mary before the start at the Tiki Bar but competitors can make substitutions with written permission from the PRO.

Crew substitutions can be made at any time, before, during or after the Scorch without permission from the PRO.

rumor has it that all the Aussie boats will scorch on Tue, as well.

please add the total number of seats you need in the restaurant (yourself, crew and guests all included)
