I'm excited to be heading up to Marblehead for the NA's in a couple of weeks!

Coming from TX, where summer sailing means air temps around 100 degrees, and water temp in the 80's (air is 102 and water is 84 right now), I'm sure things will be a bit different weather-wise in the northeast.

Do any of you locals have recommendations on appropriate sailing attire for the regatta?  Will shorts, a rashguard (for sun protection) and a smock top (for splash protection if it's cooler out) be sufficient, or do we need to bring foulies or a wet-suit as well?

Looking forward to meeting a lot of you in person for the regatta!

Cheers,
Felipe.

smock,  foul weather pants and boots you should have with you.  Most likely you will only need shorts and sneakers with a smock in the locker.  If the weather turns bad and can get cool. Wet suit is defineatly not needed.

Hey I thought this was a NUDE regatta!  Where's the Viperettes?  Oh wait... it a NOOD regatta.

(BTW, I just picked up #87 in Newark yesterday.  Sweeeet!  I dragged it back to Ottawa where it's being rigged, tuned, and tested.  I'll see you all in Marblehead next week.)

Thanks, Viper55.

And Harv, trust me... you do NOT want me and my crew to be racing in the nude.

Congrats on the new ride!
