For those of you who missed 2011 MGRW, all I can say is WOW.. The dates for racing are 2/24-26. This was a blast. Parties were insane, Bourbon street goes with out saying. NOYC is giving us a sportboat line this year.

The rose is already booked, by viper teams.

I predict the viper fleet doubles in size this year and is joined by at least one more exciting sportboat fleet on a designated (and sponsored) racing area.

Great news - we're already nearing an agreement for nicely discounted room rates at a French Quarter hotel which will serve as the MGRW HQ downtown and we are putting together a more formal and organized process for groups looking to rent out the boathouses. RV parking at West End also is looking to be a go.

ps - the NOR and registration will be going live within the next couple of weeks, if not sooner.
