NOOD registration link at http://www.yachtscoring.com/emenu.cfm?eID=1229 -- I suspect that if a couple more Chesapeake Vipers sign up that a couple of WLIS Vipers will make the trip south for the weekend.  Are Vipers planning to race all 3 days, or will it be like last year where there is a gentleman's agreement to only race Saturday-Sunday?
