Those dates may conflict with Charleston Race Week.   There will be a Miami winter circuit for 2013 though with multiple regattas, mast-up and long-term storage for fly in-fly out racing.

it says 2013 Miami Rum Week....

that has to be a Viper regatta, my addled brain always equates rum with Viper sailing.
