Joining the Class for 2015

I have a new boat ordered that looks like it will be delivered in early 2015.  I would like to send in my dues and join the class but I can't seem to find the link etc....Who do I send my $55 to.  My wife and I are very excited about joining the Viper racing.  We have a very pumped up group here at Hampton Yacht Club in Virginia with us being number 6, (5 are new boats, 2 of these just did the 1st Sarasota Event).  Numerous more locals are expressing interest in getting boats.  Fun stuff!
