Permission to use Viper logo on crew gear?

Do Viper owners have permission from whoever owns the Viper logo (assuming it's the Class?) to have it printed on crew gear?  If so, can someone let me know where that permission might be posted?  The company doing our printing would like written permission before they use the logo on our shirts.

If there is no standing permission to do this, does anybody know who owns the logo and who I would ask for permission?  Thanks.  :-)

We may be slow, but we'd like to at least look good out there.

Michelle,

I'm not sure that this question has come up before.  The Class does have the Viper logo trademarked for anyone out there thinking they want to use it for a commercial purpose, but for team gear, you have the Class's blessing (speaking as Class President, at least until the 2014 AGM in a few months).  Hoping to see the team gear in person at a regatta as soon as you guys get it!

Thanks so much, Peter.  Come to Sarasota and sail with us and we'll get you your own logo gear.  It's a fantastic, fun fleet down here.  :-)
