Hello all.  I would like to pass along a very positive experiece with Rondar.

I recently bought hull #100 in October, 2010, a pre-owned boat in wonderful shape.  The original owner did not have the title for the boat (in Georgia), which is required in Florida.  I contacted Rondar for assistance.  Within a week Claire at Rondar sent me the MSO and titles to both boat and trailer.  She was polite in all her emails and kept me notified of status.  So thank you Rondar for the customer service on an indirect customer.

I prefer to call her 'Lady' Claire as she is so very queenly in all she does to help me keep everything well sorted with Rondar.

Thanks for posting this Craig

I have to agree with this. I lost a lug bolt off my trailer. I put it off all summer and when it was time to go on the road this fall, I found out they are much harder to locate because it is metric. Emailed Claire at Rondar about it and a few days later it showed up in the mail. I would not have wanted to travel with only three lug bolts and we would have had to miss our regatta. Getting it in a timely manner was extreamly important. We also broke a our wheel jack, so I emailed Claire and sure enough we got a new wheel jack. Service with Rondar was easy and fast.

Note on Dealer network.  I called the West Coast guys (have the number in my cell) from Florida to ask a question.  Talked to Drew.  He was able to answer my question during an inspection by Florida Fish and Wildlife in regards to a missing hull ID number.

I didn't buy the boat from a dealer, but kudos to the dealer network for providing support.

Thank you.

The folks at Rondar are kind and helpful whenever called.  Another reason the class seems to be growing so quickly.

Thanks Craig and Dave.

Craig, hope you came through unscathed. I've had 'issues' at border crossings before <LMAO>

We try hard to keep things sorted.

With Queen Claire (recently promoted in the home office) we'd be hopelessly lost !
