Need trailer measurements

My trailer is with my boat, which is out for repairs post CRW due to an unfortunate incident (not a manufacturer's defect).  In the meantime, if someone has a relatively new trailer (the lightweight ones that come with new Mark III or Mark IV Rondars) and can take a couple of measurements on the trailer for me, that would be huge.  I need to know how are aft each trailer bunk is from the bow roller -- debating having a new trailer built, but I'd like to keep the existing bunks with the new trailer...if the project works out, I'm happy to post pictures of the end product here for anyone who is interested in a road trailer that is a bit sturdier (albeit heavier).  Thanks in advance.

Why a heavier trailer? Driven various Viper trailers over 25k miles without one issue.

Trailer box support issue vs. front rolling wheel.  I agree that the standard trailer would otherwise be ok, but in our case, it's not.  Does anyone have measurements?

I can try and get the tape out today.  By bow roller are you referring to the front pad or the rubber 'v' at the front post?

Thanks Reid in advance.  I guess the measurements I'd be looking for are:

1. Length/width/height of each of the two trailer bunks
2. Rubber v to middle of each bunk

Peter,  one of the Rondar era triad trailers would do the trick.  They likely have the drawings. Much beefier than the older Bennett ones and r current Rondar. I think joe Healy has one on 121 if you want see it.

That is the plan -- the Triad guys need to know though where the bunks are located on my current trailer since I am trying to keep my existing bunks since I like those much better than the stock Triad bunks.  Trying to make this as complicated as possible basically.

Doesn't the late model triads use the same Rondar bunks?

If you are going to get a Triad trailer like the one I had on #121 (Its a lot heavier), then you will need a bigger truck than yr Outback. If you get a bigger truck then you wont need the boat box.

Even if the Triad trailer weighs 1,000 lbs (and I doubt it weighs that much), I think we'll still be ok with the Subaru Outback.  Figure the current trailer weighs around 350 lbs...Triad could be at most double that...right?

Also, I'd like everyone to know that Reid Smythe is THE MAN.  Two dozen detailed photos of his trailer with tape measure in full view.  Not a 5-minute project, but extremely thorough and helpful.

Current trailer weighs 263 lbs

My previous outback 4cyl/2.5L had a little trouble going up steeper hills at speed with the triad trailer, and three crew in the car...though I can't imagine a couple of hundred extra pounds making a huge difference, but you'll probably notice. The new outback with 4cyl 2.5l w/turbo is speedy, regardless of how much regatta gear is in the car.

Is the old trailer still workable? e.g, how many interclubs could it carry :)
