It appears that there are just too many barriers and uncertainties for the CKOD to happen this year for Vipers.  I will post the details of the LNYC Spring one design regatta, and try again then, assuming the lake level is up.  Thanks to everyone for their interest.  More details of the Spring regatta to come.
