There is a typo here somewhere. How did a boat delivered in spring of 2020, compete in 2019 World Championship? Was it delivered spring of 2019?

I believe the sails are from 2019 as he was sailing his first Viper at the Worlds and bought this one after.

If still for sale, then this boat is very good value at $28,000.

This is Hull #316.
Hull #317 was the last boat built before the Pandemic close down.  Since reopening in 2022, the cost of a new boat has increased significantly due to substantial increase in cost of components and foam.
Supply chain issues, primarily masts from New Zealand and the high tech foam used for the Viper's foam core have slowed supply of new boats to < 10 boats per year.
So this is the 2nd newest pre-pandemic Viper in the world and effectively a 1 year old boat + 1 regatta sails. It compares to $40,000+ and a 9 month wait for a new boat and sails.
