Two Stamford, CT Viper events Sept. 11 and Sept. 17-18

The annual Stamford YC Viper Open is Sept. 17-18.  6 teams signed up so far, more to come, Event # 5 of 6 on the WLIS Championship Circuit.  http://www.yachtscoring.com/emenu.cfm?eID=2898

The Stamford-Denmark Friendship Race is the Sunday prior - Sept. 11.  This is a one-race day, government marks, Vipers will be one design but scored PHRF for overall championship purposes.  Each division winner will get his name on an insane sterling silver perpetual trophy and there's a ton of Danish beer on the lawn afterward and a very solid party.  You can leave your boat at SYC rigged and mast up after the Danish Race for the Viper Open the following weekend.  http://www.yachtscoring.com/emenu.cfm?eID=2836
