HPDO 2014 - looking for a crew

One of our crew is likely to have to bow out at short notice. Ideally we'd replace them with someone 140-160 who can trim the kite and contribute to tactics. If someone can only do Saturday, I might have someone else for Sunday but would give the spot to anyone who can do both days.
